
Admissions to the e-Rozgaar freelance training programme have been announced by the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB).
By increasing foreign currency inflows, the e-Rozgar programme aims to eliminate unemployment and drive economic growth in Pakistan.
The PITB, in conjunction with the Punjab government, has created e-Rozgaar centres in 36 districts across the state to give training and professional development to aspiring freelancers.

“Through this ef fort, the Punjab government will aid young people in generating a stable income.” “One of the key aims of this initiative is to give youngsters with training chances for self-employment through internet-based freelancing,” according to e-official Rozgar’s website.

Eligibility
Interested candidates can apply for the e-Rozgar program if they have:
- Basic computer knowledge
- Punjab province domicile
- Valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC)
- Minimum 16 years of education
Age Limit
- Candidates up to 35 years of age can apply.
How to Apply
Applicants can apply to participate in the online admission test and submit attested documents using the e-Rozgar website. Candidates will receive an SMS or email alert with an online test date after entering their information.

After clearing the test, PITB will publish a list of candidates who have been shortlisted. Candidates who have been chosen will be prompted to upload required documents to the website. Candidates will be registered for the online training programme after verification.

Candidates chosen on merit will receive free three-month training from specialists in their disciplines, allowing them to make money online by working from home on technical, non-technical, and creative jobs.
