BZU Multan & Peshawar University Accept Demand to Conduct Exams Online

After the protests against personal examinations by their students, management in Multan’s University of Peshawar (UoP) and Bahauddin Zakariya University (BZU) has agreed to conduct their examinations online.

Students demonstrate outside their university campuses in Pakistan that their exams also have to be taken online, as their classes have been held online.

According to the UoP alerts, it was directed to take them online to all department heads (HODs), who did not carry out their mid-term autumn exams.

Some of the demonstrations were violent in Lahore, Multan, and Faisalabad, and several of the students were wounded in the scuffles with police and security guards.

In addition, the notice reads that the final online exam will be subject to the higher education Commission’s instructions (HEC). In the same way, BZU has told the protesters that online examinations will take place.
