
The Punjab Examination Board (PEC) has announced that Punjab students will start their summer vacations on July 1.
An announcement was made on Wednesday that annual examinations for classes 1 to 8 will be carried out between 7 June and 25 June. The results begin on 30 June and the summer holidays begin on 1 July.

The final Class 1 – 8 exams will begin on 7 June and continue until 25 June, according to the notification issued by the Punjab Review Committee. On June 30th, students will receive their cards. The summer holidays begin on 1 July, while the new academic session starts in August.
The notification says that oral tests shall be held for class 1 and 2 students while written tests shall be carried out for students in the remaining classes.
The evaluations will be published later with a date sheet.
Class 1 to 8 will be examined by over five million students. During examinations, the Examination Commission requested strict observance of COVID-19 SOPs.
