
The Punjab government has announced millions of rupees in merit-based scholarships for brilliant matric and intermediate students.
According to the specifics, the scholarships were announced by the Punjab Educational Endowment Fund (PEEF), and students who received a minimum of 60% in their final year of high school in 2021 are eligible to apply.
In order to qualify for the scholarships, applicants must be orphans, children of government employees in grades 1 to 4, or have a family income of less than Rs. 23,000.

Additionally, matric and intermediate students who got at least 60% last year and are members of a minority group or a scheduled or protected caste are eligible to apply.
Those interested in applying for PEEF scholarships must submit their applications to the PEEF headquarters by March 31, 2022.
PEEF has recommended that all eligible students apply for the scholarships through the Higher Education Department (HED), School Education Department (SED), District Education Officers (DEOs), and principals of all educational establishments in the province.
