Shafqat Mahmood, the Federal Minister for Education and Professional Training, emphasized on Thursday that the Education Ministry is not involved in the country’s Central Superior Service (CSS) test.
Taking to Twitter, Mahmood claimed explicitly that the education ministry has no involvement with the CSS exam, claiming that the CSS exam falls within the jurisdiction of the Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC).

“It is clarified that neither the Ministry of Education nor I have anything to do with the content or scheduling of the CSS exam.” The federal public service commission, or FPSC, is in charge of all CSS concerns, he noted.
The clarification came after some students asked the Education Minister to intervene and reschedule the CSS Examination 2022 timetable on Twitter.
It should be mentioned that the CSS 2022 MCQ-based Preliminary Test (MPT) was taken on February 20, 2022, whilst the written exams will be held in May 2022.
